Who actually does the work?
You deal directly with the person who builds and maintains your system. Nothing is outsourced, and there is no account manager or help desk in between, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Domains, hosting accounts, code and data live in accounts under your name. If we stop working together, everything keeps running.
Do you work with businesses outside Mississippi?
Yes. Projects run over video, phone and messaging, so clients are not limited to the Gulf Coast.
What does it cost?
Websites and integrations are scoped as a flat project fee after a short call. Ongoing care and monitoring is a small monthly retainer. You get the number before any work starts.
What if I only need one small thing?
That is fine. A WordPress update, a broken form, a one-off report or a single connection between two systems are all normal projects.
